Essential Oils Proven Oxygenators

Essential oils are subtle, volatile liquids distilled from plants, shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, and seeds, and, unlike a synthesized copy, their nature-made terpenoids are diverse in action and effect. If we were to name all their constituents and just a small portion of the KNOWN work of essential oils, the list would go on and on. The value of essential oils is immense and growing more so as both anecdotal and clinical research continues.

Therapeutic-grade essential oils are pleasant and safe for direct application to skin.

They will go into the body in just 2-3 seconds
saturating the entire cellular matrix within 21 minutes
imparting a high frequency boost that can last up to 5 months
with memorable fragrance, some as of the finest imported perfume.

Oxygen is essential to provide efficient energy transfer to the cells of our body. Constituents in essential oils have been proven not only to increase oxygen intake of the cells but also to enhance cellular respiration using other sources. Oxygen is the enemy of many things that are harmful to the body. Food nutrients use oxygen furiously in their unending quest for body balance. It should come as no surprise that oxygen-rich and edible essential oils can increase the absorbable value of what we eat by as much as 35%. This extract that some call "plant blood" is not large-molecule fatty lipid oil, being smaller and more delicate.

Aldehydes found in lavender and chamomile, are anti-microbial and calming.

Eugenol found in cinnamon and clove is antiseptic and stimulating.

Ketones found in lavender, hyssop, and patchouli, jump-start cell regeneration.

Phenols found in "hot" oregano and thyme oil soothe because they are antagonistic to the actual cause of inflammation.

While no YL oils are even as dangerous as Tylenol, common sense applies — as in a-little-goes-a-very-long-way. These fragrant treasures have been a cornerstone of wellness for nearly ten years in my family. Lavender is the most versatile, and I often grab it as first aid for animals and humans alike. Both lemon and peppermint taste of the Holidays.

Beyond culinary on to digestive use, this pair has further value in formidable anti-microbial and pain relieving capability. Essential oils blended by experts purposefully according to terpenoid interaction can be very effective at promoting sleep; relieving skin irritation including bites and stings; taking care of serious arthritic pain; and the creation, in your home, of a cloak of aromatherapy protection coupled with the peace of mind that comes with preparedness — especially welcome at Holiday socials.

A blend called Lady Sclareol has been my perfume scent of choice since it came out last summer. Lately I've had reason to be grateful for the gift of a small clay pendant necklace engraved so it can capture a drop or two of this new divine aroma. Now I may enjoy the delicious scent in addition to the therapy while I go about my daily tasks. This blend is especially targeted to balance hormones — quite a change from the pharmacy's pregnant mare's urine derivative, Premarin.

These oils work their magic for man, woman and beast and are especially suited for massage! Young Living's Essential 7 Kit, three singles and four blends, 5ml. each of pure plant essence and simple instructions was my own introduction to essential oils. I've found it to be a unique gift idea for a wide range of ages and interests.

Holiday best wishes,
Lynn
