Cooking with Food Grade Essential Oils
How to Make Infused Oil

Dietary use of essential oils may be one of the most effective ways of unlocking their health benefits. Many essential oils have been used as food flavorings or as a part of patent medicines for centuries, endowing them with a long history of safe use.

Infused Oil Recipe

  10 drops 100% essential oil
1 ounce V-6 pure food-grade oil

Shake together, and store your infused oil in a glass container away from light in cool cupboard.

Use by the teaspoon for salad dressings, cream sauces, frostings, and basting for meat, fish and fowl.

One pure drop = 1 ounce dried herb

Note: Use FDA-approved food grade essential oils

Not all essential oils are alike — some are adulterated and/or distilled with petrochemical solvents. All essential oils offered by AromaVital are pure Young Living essential oils and are FDA-approved food additives to food, water, and air.

Our Culinary Kit contains dill, spearmint, basil, fennel and lemongrass essential oils ... and a full 16 ounces of V-6 vegetable mixing oil.
