The easiest way to use essential oils is to disperse them into the air. Pour a couple of drops in your palm, onto a cotton ball over a vent, or misted into the air with pure water — and inhale.
Using a diffuser (like the one in the picture to the right) to micromist the oil molecules into the room is the most efficient method of "air delivery". Just pour a few drops of pure, organic therapeutic-grade essential oils into the diffuser's well (the indentation in the dark green piece at the front of the picture), turn it on, and enjoy a fine mist of delightfully aromatic oils.
